How can I receive a refund for my Avira order?

Requesting a refund is easy.  Avira offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of their products. If you’d like to receive a refund within 30-days of a new order or a subscription renewal, all you have to do is contact cleverbridge Customer Support.  Please be sure to include your cleverbridge reference number and the reason you’d like a refund, so our team can process your request as quickly as possible. 

If it’s been more than 30 days since your payment, Avira kindly asks that your contact them directly about a refund via their website.
